The focus of the business is to manage its customers’ construction or other estate requirements. We provide a personal service with all communication confirmed in writing or by email, according to the customer’s preference. We are very adaptable and will mould any of our four basic packages to the need of the customer. In addition, we will also undertake small scale alterations, repairs or enhancements.

Insurance
The business is fully insured for Public Liability up to £2 million. This can be increased quickly to £5 million if required. We are also covered for Employer’s Liability (£10 million) that protects those temporary and sub-contracted trades and labour in the unlikely event of accident or injury. As an addition we also have Contract Works (£250,000) and Hired-in Plant (£50,000) that covers the building project itself for damage and loss, as well as theft or malicious damage of hired equipment on site or in transit.
