The core of the business is to manage building, installation and refurbishment projects for the private or commercial customer. This includes the recruitment, instruction and full supervision of those building, trade and craft professionals required to complete a task satisfactorily. Repairing the plaster in a small room is treated with just as much care as the construction of a large two-storey extension.

Advice can be provided or individual reports and recommendations produced on all manner of building, environment and safety matters. Consultation, supervision or general assistance can be provided for private or commercial estate management to cover most things from grounds maintenance to heating, ventilation and air conditioning.
